Rooted in Nine Seconds Corporation’s prevention-first philosophy, we understand that pressure starts young especially for standout athletes. I bring over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, behavioral health, trauma recovery and youth program development and mentorship.
As a survivor, advocate, and strategist, I am passionate about helping young men overcome the hidden pressures that lead to destructive choices. My work combines lived experience, executive expertise, and my proprietary training frameworks are each designed to help men of all ages master emotional regulation, leadership, and accountability.

GameReady ELITE™ is a proactive prevention and leadership development system designed specifically for standout high school and collegiate athletes. Unlike generic leadership programs, GameReady ELITE™ integrates our NeuroCORE Track framework, a unique psychoeducational model that connects cognitive performance, and emotional regulation, to professional, academic, financial, and legal readiness to enhance overall personal success.
Through this system, we provide student-athletes with targeted character development, pressure management, and decision-making skills customized to their individual needs and risk factors. NeuroCORE Tracks allow us to move beyond one-size-fits-all leadership approaches, offering specialized pathways — such as Game Changer Mode, Redemption Code, Mind Locker, and Pressure Proof — that address the unique challenges and responsibilities elite athletes face.

Game Changer Mode
Developed for rising stars and recruited athletes showing early signs of pressure strain.
Game Changer Mode is designed for standout athletes beginning to feel the weight of expectation. This proactive track helps athletes recognize early signs of pressure-related stress and equips them with tools for emotional regulation, mental discipline, and decision-making under scrutiny. The program focuses on helping athletes maintain composure, avoid blind spots, and build the habits that protect their futures as the spotlight grows brighter.
Redemption Code
Decision-making and reputation repair for athletes recalibrating after an incident or close call and needing immediate intervention and reset.
Redemption Code provides rapid-response support for athletes who have experienced a close call or incident that puts their future at risk. This track focuses on accountability, improved decision-making, reputation management, and personal recalibration. Athletes receive immediate guidance and tools to regain control, repair trust, and prevent future harm to themselves, their teams, and their communities.
Mind Locker
Intensive leadership development, relationship readiness, and media/communication skills for captains, team leaders, and pro-track athletes.
Mind Locker builds the next generation of athlete-leaders, with a focus on integrity, emotional intelligence, and public presence. This track provides advanced leadership training, relationship readiness for life on and off the field, and essential media and communication skills. Designed for captains, team influencers, and athletes on a pro path, Mind Locker prepares young men to lead themselves and others with confidence and composure.
Pressure Proof
Confidential player risk assessment for athletes referred by coaches, recruiters, or parents due to concerns about decision-making or high-risk behavior.
Pressure Proof offers discreet, thorough evaluation of players exhibiting signs of poor decision-making, emotional strain, or at-risk behaviors. This track provides a structured, confidential environment to identify risks, assess underlying factors, and deliver tailored recommendations. Designed to protect athletes’ futures, Pressure Proof helps teams and families intervene early — before problems escalate.
